Private Group Exercises

Private group exercise sessions are offered where six or more persons wish to undergo the programme at a venue of their choice.

It is essential though that the venue is suitable to the content of the programme.

Generally the area must be safe and secure and should be spacious enough to facilitate walking or jogging as well as some stretching.

Private group sessions take place twice a week during the weekdays and once a week on the weekend together with the combined group.
